A 35 year old man from Ivybridge who went missing in December has been found safe.
Daniel Dawes had been missing from his home in Ivybridge since Friday 29th December and was located last night, 8th January.
There had been a major search on Dartmoor at the weekend involving police, the fire service, search and rescue teams, other organisations along with members of the public. The search had been unsuccessful.
Daniel’s sister Lisa Crocker said today: “We would just like to thank everyone for their continued support regarding Dan. We can confirm that he has been found and is now receiving the help he so desperately needs,”
