Mosaic workshops will be back on at Tessera Hub from 17th May.
Since the opening of the Tessera Hub in Babbacombe in 2018 many groups and families enjoyed creating mosaics In the shop or at local community centres.
The pandemic made the workshops impossible and for most of this year the shop was closed. Following the latest guidelines the shop is now open for retail only.
From 17th May, group workshops will be hosted again for groups of up to 6 people. Depending on the Covid situation Tessera Hub will hopefully be able to resume workshops at schools and community centres later in the year.
Anita Batson is very much looking forward to assisting the public again to create mosaic projects to treasure. There will also be accommodation available for those who would like to stay and create larger project during a break by the seaside.
The Tessera Hub is located just off the Babbacombe Downs on 126 Reddenhill Road, Torquay, TQ1 3NT
