A Motorcyclist has suffered serious injuries in a single vehicle collision in Torquay yesterday, Sunday 10th November.
Emergency services were called to Ellacombe Church Road at around 5.20pm to reports of a single vehicle collision involving a red Yamaha motorcycle.
The motorcycle rider was taken to Derriford hospital in Plymouth.
The road was closed and the area cordoned off until late that evening to allow for a forensic examination of the collision scene.
Officers from the Roads Policing Team are appealing for any witnesses to the incident to come forward.
