National Apprenticeship Week: Open event at Horizon Centre

South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is hosting a drop-in event at the Horizon Centre, Torbay Hospital on Thursday 12 March as part of National Apprenticeship Week 2015.

 The aim of the event is to boost apprenticeships and employment opportunities through the Trust’s employability hub focusing on apprenticeships, traineeships and work experience within the NHS.

 The event will include key speakers from the NHS Apprenticeship Service, Job Centre Plus, South Devon College and the Trust’s Vocational Education Team. The NHS Business and Employability Manager and Work Experience Co-ordinator will also be available to help guide attendees through the different options available in the NHS.Anyone interested in work experience placements, traineeships and apprenticeships should go along with their CV and talk to the key speakers.
