Speaking to a packed audience this morning of over 100 local businesses at the Torbay Business Forum, Torbay Mayor Gordon Oliver outlined a future strategy including a new railink to Brixham and a water park on Torquay seafront.

He also highlighted the revamp of Torquay seafront as being a major achievement, and hopes of seeing a boutique hotel at the Oldway Mansion grounds.
