Newton Abbot murder investigation: Man appears in court

Murder enquiry launched in Newton Abbot

A man has appeared in court today charged in connection with the murder of a man in Newton Abbot.

Stuart Hodgkin, aged 40, originally from Basingstoke appeared before Plymouth Magistrates’ Court today.

Hodgkin has been remanded in custody.

Adrian Munday, 51, was found deceased at a property in Wain Lane on Tuesday 6th October.

A murder investigation was launched following the results of a forensic post mortem on Mr Munday.
