Major incident declared after suspect WW2 device found in Exeter

A woman has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a hit and run on Foxhole Road yesterday, Tuesday 2 March.

The 32-year-old woman from Paignton was arrested last night.

The incident, involving a car believed to be a dark blue BMW happened at around 11.40am. A pedestrian, a man in his 30 was seriously injured, with potentially life changing injuries.

Police continue to appeal for information and have asked for witnesses or those with dashcam or CCTV footage to get in touch.
