Abi, a mother who embarked on her entrepreneurial journey just over 2 years ago, has become a beacon of inspiration for aspiring beauty professionals. Overcoming personal challenges, Abi’s dedication and commitment to her craft have earned her this well-deserved recognition.
In addition to winning the regional accolade, Abi has soared to new heights by securing a spot in the top 5 nationally for ‘Nail Technician of the Year 2023’ at the GB Beauty Awards again in December 2023. This remarkable achievement highlights Abi’s exceptional skills, creativity, and the growing positive impact she is making within the industry.
Reflecting on her journey, Abi expressed gratitude for the support she has received and the opportunity to turn her passion into a thriving business. “I’ve wanted to do this since I can remember, and when I left an abusive relationship back in 2020, I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to take a massive leap of faith and set up Shepack. Since then, I’ve never looked back, and I’m loving every minute of it,” shared Abi.

Abi’s home-based salon, fondly known as ‘The Den,’ is more than just a place for beauty treatments; it’s a sanctuary for women to discuss mental health, empowerment, and share their experiences.
Abi’s dedication to mental health awareness and female empowerment resonates deeply with her clients, whom she affectionately calls her ‘Alphas.’ Having experienced depression and anxiety herself, Abi understands the importance of offering a supportive environment where women can openly talk about their feelings.
