Paving slabs stolen from South Hams Churchyard

Police in Dartmouth have appealed for information after paving slabs were stolen from a church in Blackawton last week.

13 paving slabs were taken from the churchyard.

A spokesperson for Dartmouth Police posted on Social media:
“Between 6pm on the 6th of December and 8am the next morning, 13 large paving slabs belonging to St Michaels Church in Blackawton were stolen.

“The slabs were removed from the churchyard steps and left bare concrete underneath.

“If anyone has any information regarding this incident, or saw anything suspicious around the times stated; please call police on 101, quoting Crime reference 84846/15,”
