A 70-year-old man has died following a collision between a coach and a pedestrian in Torquay yesterday, 26th November.
The collision happened on Belgrave Road at 9.16am.
Fire, police, ambulance crews and an air ambulance attended the scene.
The road was closed for sometime whilst accident investigation took place.
The man, visiting the area from Oldham was airlifted to hospital in a critical condition with severe leg injures. He died at hospital later that afternoon. His next of kin have been informed.
Police have urged witnesses to contact Devon and Cornwall Police on 101@dc.police.uk quoting Log 256 for the 26 November.
