A pedestrian has been hit by a car in Torquay this afternoon.
The incident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian, reported to be a teenage girl, happened around 3.15pm on Barton Road at Old Woods Hill.
Police and ambulance on scene.
There are delays in and around the area.
