Police have appealed for information after 9 number plates where stolen from vehicles in Kingsbridge Lane car park, Ashburton on Tuesday the 15th of November.
9 vehicles had one of their number plates stolen in the evening, they were found the next day by one of the owners in a hedge next to a recycling bin.
A spokesperson for Ashburton and Chudleigh Policing area – Teignbridge said on Facebook:
“We are not sure if the offender was spooked or did it as a prank so we would like to ask them!”
