Police have appealed for witnesses following a serious collision in Torquay on Sunday 10 September.
Emergency services were called to reports of a single vehicle collision on St Micheals Road in Torquay at around 12.50am.
Police, fire crews and the ambulance service attended the scene.
The driver, A 29-year-old man was trapped in the vehicle. He was released and taken to Derriford Hospital.
The road was closed for 6 hours whilst the scene was investigated by police and a telegraph pole was replaced.
Anyone who witnessed or has dashcam of the collision, is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log 0044 of 10th September 2023.
