Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a fatal collision in Torquay yesterday, Tuesday 27 May.
A man has died following a collision on Higher Warberry Road at around 12.43pm.
Emergency services were called to reports of a collision involving a white bin lorry and a member of the crew.
A local man in his 20s was pronounced deceased at the scene. His next of kin have been made aware.
The Health and Safety Executive have been informed.
Anyone with any relevant information or dashcam footage which may assist the investigation is asked to contact police via their website or by calling 101 quoting log 330 of 27 May 2025.
