Police have appealed for witnesses following an attempted robbery in Paignton in which a young woman was threatened with sexual violence.
The incident happened around 11.30pm on New Street.
A woman in her 20s was followed by three men before being grabbed by one of them who threatened her with sexual violence, demanding her bag.
Anyone who was in the area at the time and saw the incident, or has CCTV or dashcam footage which may have picked up the offenders in the vicinity, is asked to contact police on 101 or via email at 101@dc.police.uk quoting crime reference CR/035070/21.
