Police have appealed for witnesses following a serious collision between the A380 and A38
near Kennford yesterday, Thursday 25 January.
Emergency services were called to Haldon Ridge, at around 4.45pm, to reports of a single-vehicle collision involving a Honda Jazz, which had left the carriageway and had been in collision with a tree.
The driver, a woman in her 20s, was trapped in the car and was extracted by the fire service. She was taken to Derriford Hospital with serious leg injuries.
The road was closed whilst police investigated the scene.
