Police have appealed to the public for witnesses and information after a public park damaged in Torquay yesterday, Monday 31st July.
Unknown offenders, described as a group of 5 or 6 teenagers, pulled up the tarmac to the play park on Hele Road between 3.00pm – 4.00pm,
Anyone with information is asked to contact police via 101@dc.police.uk or by calling 101 quoting CR/063792/17.
