Police concerned about welfare of missing Torquay man

Police say they are concerned for the welfare of a missing Torquay man.

John Ahern, 50, was last seen in the early hours of Thursday 7th June close to Kerswell Gardens roundabout.

John is described as white, 5ft 2ins tall, of a medium build with short grey hair with facial stubble. He was last seen wearing a t-shirt, jeans and trainers.

John left his friend’s home in Torquay to go to a shop at around 2am on the morning of Wednesday 6th June. His whereabouts between the 6 and 7th of June are also of interest as no known friends or family saw him during this time.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them via 101 quoting log number 615 of 02/07/18.
