Police are at the scene of an incident in St Marychurch, Torquay this afternoon, Monday 17 January.
An area has been cordoned off by police after they attended the scene following reports of concern for the welfare of a man.
He was reported deceased at the scene. Cause of death has not been confirmed but not thought to be suspicious.
The road remains open but please approach with caution as visibility limited due to parked vehicles.
