Detectives continue to investigate the death of a Brixham man.
Mr David Williams, 49, died in June after sustaining a serious injury.
The incident happened on the Quay in Brixham in the early hours of Friday 29 June 2018.
On Thursday 9 August a 53-year-old man was interviewed under caution at Torquay Police Station. Following interview the man was released.
Five men from Brixham aged 21, 23, 27, 28 and 30 were previously arrested and released under investigation.
Police state that a full police investigation continues into this matter and ask that anyone who witnessed the incident and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101@dc.police.uk or call 101 quoting CR/057720/18.
