Officers are concerned for her welfare as she has left home without vital medical equipment upon which she relies and is likely to be disorientated.

Her disappearance is described as completely out-of-character.

Police are conducting searches throughout the local area for Veronica and asking for the public to look out for her and immediately report any sightings.

She is described as white, 5ft tall, and has dark collar length hair. She has a stooped stance and walks with a white stick. It is thought that she is wearing a light brown coat.

If anyone sees Veronica or knows of her whereabouts please call police on 999, quoting log number 489 of 10/11/15.
