Police closed part of the town centre in Paignton earlier to further investigate the area where a foreign student died following a collision with a car last year.

The police returned to the scene today and a ‘visibility survey’ was carried out by officers from the serious collisions unit.
Part of Great Western Road was closed for around an hour whilst the survey took place.
