Police warn businesses in Dartmouth following thefts

Police in Dartmouth have warned businesses in the area following thefts on the Townsal Industrial Estate.

Posting on Facebook, A spokeperson for Dartmouth Police said:

“Police are investigating two crimes which occurred in the Townsal Industrial Estate, Dartmouth.

“Crime No. 57554/15 occurred between 1200hrs on Sunday 16th August and 1300hrs on Monday 17th August in Nelson Road. A 4ft x 2ft x 5ft metal framed trailer painted with green Hammerite with wood insert was stolen.

“Crime no. 57678/15 occurred between 2045hrs on Monday 17th August and 0800hrs on Tuesday 18th August 2015 in Collingwood Road. Access was gained to a unit and a petty cash tin and contents were stolen.

“Would other businesses in the area please be aware. Check your security and report any suspicious activity you may see in the area.

If you have any information regarding these incidents please contact 101 quoting either crime no. 57554/15 or 57678/15. Thank you.”
