Marldon Road in Paignton is currently closed this morning, Tuesday 7 September.
The road is closed both ways from Dolphin Court Road to Churscombe Cross.
Emergency services are at the scene of the collision which involves a vehicle and pedestrian.
There is heavy traffic in and around the area.
