The B3201, Manor Road in Paignton is currently closed this evening, 23rd January due to a building fire.
The road is closed both ways.
Emergency services are at the scene.
The fire service, police and ambulance crews are in attendance.
Police have cordoned off the area to pedestrians and vehicles.
The aerial platform is in use.
