Union Street in the Torre area of Torquay is currently closed due to a police incident.
The area has been cordoned off to vehicles and the public.
Large police presence with armed police and dogs on scene.
Slow traffic in and around the area from Brunswick Cottages to Laburnum Row.
The incident is ongoing. The nature of the incident is not yet known.
