Preston Down Road in Paignton is currently closed both ways due to a serious accident this morning, Thursday 25 August.
Emergency services including police, ambulance crews, incident response units and air ambulance are in attendance.
The road is closed from Preston Down Road to Cockington Lane, with delays in and around the area.
