Update: The road is now open.
Hamelin Way is currently closed due to a serious collision.
Police, ambulance and fire crews are at the scene of the collision on the A380 Hamelin Way, Northbound from Mardon Road.
The road is closed between Gallows Gate Roundabout and Riviera Way.
Traffic is delayed in and around the area, with access to the South Devon Expressway affected.
