Update: A man in his 30s has been airlifted to Derriford Hospital. The road remains closed whilst investigations take place.
Torquay Road in Kingskerswell is currently closed following an accident at around 5.30pm this evening, Sunday 13th May.
The collision involved two vehicles, a motorcycle and a car.
The motorcyclist is thought to have sustained serious injuries, with the air ambulance being called to the scene.
The road is closed both ways between Southey Lane and Coffinswell Lane /Newton Road.
