Shirburn Road in Torquay remains closed this morning following a major fire yesterday, Tuesday 9th July.
The fire which is believed to have started in a garden shed. Spread to the property and then to neighbouring properties.
12 fire appliances from around South Devon attended the incident, including appliances from Torquay, Paignton, Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Honiton, Bovey Tracey, Ashburton, Dawlish, Chagford and the welfare unit from Crediton.
The fire has seriously damaged the properties.
The road remains closed this morning and could be for some time.
