During this period, Cecil Road will be closed at the junction and a diversion will be in place with Torquay Road operating under two way traffic lights.

The road will be resurfaced after the road works have been completed.

Delays in the area are expected, temporary traffic lights will be manned when the contractor is on site.

The works are part of the council’s Autumn Resurfacing Program, are costing around £90,000 and are being carried out by CORMAC Construction, the authority’s surfacing partner.
