Road closures are in place in Exeter after 2 suspicious packages were found.
A suspicious package was found in York Road, near Sidwell Street at 6.55am this morning, a second suspect package was found at King William Street Car Park in Exeter City Centre at 9.15am.
A number of road closures were put in place around these areas and St Sidwell’s School also remains evacuated at this time.
Exact road closures are currently being confirmed, but congestion in the area is extensive and motorists are asked to avoid the area if at all possible.
