Sea King helicopters to have farewell flypast over South West

The iconic sea king helicopters will be flying over the South West tomorrow before going out of service.

You will have the chance to see five of the Sea King Mk4 ‘Junglies’ helicopters fly over South Devon.

Popular augmented reality experience is back on tour in Devon

The helicopters are to cease flying on 31st March after 36 years with the Commando Helicopter Force.

The farewell tour will start at RNAS Yeovilton, departing at  8.30am and will fly over the South West before returning at 4.25pm.

Farewell Junglies
They are expected to fly over Torquay just after 10.50am, they will then fly over Paignton and Brixham.

Recommended viewing points suggested by locals in Torbay are: Walls Hill, Babbacombe, Paignton Seafront and Berry Head.
