Appeal for witnesses following serious collision on A38

The A380 South Devon Highway is currently closed Northbound due to a fatal collision in the early hours of this morning, Saturday 17 July.

The collision is reported to have involved a pedestrian and a vehicle.

The road has been closed for a number of hours whilst investigation work takes place.

The road is closed from Kingskerswell Road (Kingskerswell) to A381 Torquay Road (Penn Inn Roundabout, Newton Abbot).

Kingskerswell road is also congested as people divert from the closure.
