Exeter-based digital marketing agency, KW Marketing, is celebrating a record-breaking twelve months, with an unprecedented 70% rise in revenue, new business wins and team members, award nominations, and a new London office alongside its Devon HQ.
The powerhouse agency, founded by digital marketing expert Kate Williams in Exeter in 2017, has fast become the ‘go to’ digital marketing agency in the South West for food and drink businesses, with award nominations such as ‘Small Business of the Year’ and ‘Fearless Leader Award’ flooding in.
In 2024 so far, KW Marketing has already won exciting new clients including the Cornish Cheese Company, Bar Buoy handcrafted cocktails, influencer Poppy Cooks (who boasts 4.4 million followers on social media), and a launch campaign with the female-led initiative Buy Women Built, and retail giant Wholefoods. The team will use their expertise across social media management, website design, strategic email marketing, and more to help these brands stand out from the crowd and get the ambitious results they desire.
In the last few months, the agency has rapidly grown and continues to expand, with key hires including an Account Director, an Account Manager, and a Digital Marketing Assistant. This bolstered team will support KW Marketing with its mission to become the UK’s go-to digital marketing agency for food and drink brands.
And the expansion doesn’t stop there, KW Marketing also dished up a brand new office in the heart of the capital in the summer of 2023, setting up a home in prestigious Notting Hill to have an influential London hub alongside its Exeter HQ.
Founder, Kate, shared: “Reflecting on the last 12 months is just incredible; we’ve seen huge wins and amazing growth, not just for ourselves but also for our clients, which is really why we do what we do.
“I’m so passionate about helping Britain’s food and drink businesses, from family-run companies to rapidly expanding start-ups, and I’m so excited that every single team member (our originals and our newbies) all feel the same. From the moment we wake up and across all of our time at work, we constantly strive to get results and that’s the fuel behind everything we do!
“We’ve had real pinch-me moments this year where new business leads and amazing food and drink brands have come to us because they’ve seen not just the exceptional results we get, but the passion and energy that we bring each and every single day. And that feeling will never fade.”
The outstanding results cement KW Marketing on its path to become the UK’s number one food and drink digital marketing agency, and build upon its work with food and drink giants Popcorn Kitchen, luxury food retailer The Panettone Store, and Sri Lankan restaurant food service Kolamba At Home.
Kate is particularly proud of KW Marketing’s ability to give back to the South West community, something she intends on continuing and growing in 2024. She added: “Of course, I love seeing our clients’ marketing campaigns paying off; helping a husband and wife team to double their turnover or a family business to get stocked in national stores is amazing and something we stop at nothing to achieve.
“But a real highlight is being able to support charities and vital initiatives close to us, like Farms for City Children in our home county of Devon. Being able to give back, while growing our own and our clients’ brands is the best feeling, and something we will keep bringing our energy, passion, and determination to this year and for years to come!”
