The A380 is currently closed Newton Abbot bound at Telegraph Hill due to a vehicle fire.
The road is closed closed between Splatford Split at Kennford and the Ashcombe turn off.
Traffic monitoring service Inrix reports 3 miles of tailbacks.
Emergency services were called to the scene around 4pm.
