Update: All lanes are now open and traffic is returning to normal.
There are delays following a collision on Telegraph hill this evening, 13th April.
Emergency services were called to the scene of a three vehicle collision on the A380 Southbound between A38 (Splatford Split) and B3192 (Ashcombe) at around 5pm.
Traffic is slow in the area, with delays affecting traffic travelling towards Newton Abbot.
