Three people have been arrested following an aggravated burglary in Torquay yesterday, Tuesday 31st July.
Police were called to an address in Upton Hill at around 8pm following a disturbance in the area.
Police state that it was reported that four people had broken into the property and made threats to harm the occupant who is a man in his 20’s. The victim fled the scene and contacted the police.
Three arrests were made following local searches.
Police have arrested a 25-year-old man on suspicion of burglary. A 29-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man have both been arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary.
All three remain in police custody and await questioning.
A fourth person is still being sought in connection to this incident.
