Councillor Darren Cowell, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance at Torbay Council, said, “The Torbay Lottery continues to be a great initiative and we are pleased to be able to support local good causes and community groups in this way. We have recently seen an increase in the number of tickets sold which demonstrates how much people care about the work being carried out in our communities. As a Council, we want to empower communities and the Torbay Lottery is one of the ways we are actively supporting this.”
