Due to the nature of the works there will be no vehicle access to properties but pedestrian access will be maintained.

The works will take around 8 weeks to complete in each road and will be undertaken by Cormac Contracting.

Cormac Contracting will write directly to all residents affected by these roadworks in due course.

Councillor Mike Morey, Cabinet Member for Infrastructure, Environment and Culture for Torbay Council, said: “As part of our continuous commitment to structural maintenance across the Bay, these works are necessary and need to be carried out. We are aware these works will be disruptive to residents in the area. We will work with our contractor to minimise the disruption as much as possible.”

For more information on planned roadworks visit the Torbay Council website at https://www.torbay.gov.uk/roads/roadworks/
