Failed traffic lights are causing long delays in Shiphay, Torquay this afternoon, Sunday 24th March.
Traffic lights at roadworks at the bottom of Shiphay Lane have left traffic at a near standstill.
Traffic on Shiphay Lane, Newton Road and Old Woods Hill is affected.
Expect delays if using any of these routes.
