Trick or treat? Activities to keep the children entertained

It’s half term, it’s nearly Halloween and if you’re looking for something to do with the children, we have a few ideas!

Mane Events are back with their popular stay and play events at the Acorn Centre in Torquay on Sunday 30th October. Although not strictly Halloween related, it’s a great way to treat the children!

Children will get 1.5 hours of unlimited play on the bouncy castles and inflatables. There’s fun for the little ones too with a designated under 3’s area.

This event is suitable for children 12 years and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Ticket prices:

£7.99 Per child standard ticket
£1.99 Under 18 months
£1 Adults

The Abbey After Dark:

Torre Abbey in Torquay are hosting a family-friendly Halloween event.

Running from Wednesday 26 until Saturday 29 October, the event will feature spooky projections in the undercrofts, an illuminated garden trail and Halloween art activities in the Learning Lab. Fancy dress very much welcome!

Pick your own pumpkins Exeter:

Open daily from 9am-5pm until 30th October.

Lots and lots of pumpkins left of all shapes and sizes, starting at 50p each!
Homemade food and drink all day.

Various activities available (weather permitting)

Oldway Halloween trail

The ghost trail at Oldway Gardens in Preston, Paignton will run daily until 3 November.

Head over to the tea hut to collect your sheet between 10am and 3.30pm. Just £1 and for a great cause.
