Caught on camera – Water main bursts in Newton Abbot

This isn’t something you see every day!

A water main burst in Newton Abbot today, Tuesday, 13th February shooting a jet of water high into the air.

The incident happened on Wolborough street near the bakers park entrance around 9.30am

The road is currently closed as part of an improvement scheme.

Another video shows workers trying to stem the jet with a digger.
