Appeal for witnesses after man left unconscious following assault

Police in Plymouth have appealed for witnesses following an assault at Sherwell Arcade on North Hill in Mutley last month.

The incident happened on Wednesday 6 December 2017 at around 4.15am. An unknown offender approached the victim, a man in his 20s, and an altercation occurred.

The offender then hit the victim causing him to fall to the floor, hitting his head as he landed. The victim was left unconscious and attended hospital.

Police would like to speak to anyone who has information about this incident and for them to contact police via 101@dc.police.uk or by calling 101 quoting CR/105841/17.
