Appeal for information after motorcyclist seriously injured on A38

Police have appealed for information after a man was seriously injured in a collision on the A38 at the weekend.

Emergency services were called to reports of a single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle on the west bound carriageway of the A38 St Budeaux, Plymouth at 10pm on Saturday 20th July.

The 66-year-old rider, a local man was taken to Derriford hospital with serious injuries.

The road was closed for six hours whilst emergency services attended and investigated the scene.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Police on 101 quoting log number 994 of 20 July.
