A play area in Paignton is currently cordoned off this morning, Monday 16th September after a body was found.
The park and part of the green is cordoned off, as well as Eastern Esplanade to traffic and pedestrians.
Police remain at the scene at the Geo Park on Paignton seafront and tents have been erected, covering an area near the climbing frames.
