Emergency services were called to an incident on Torquay seafront this afternoon, Sunday 10 July.
Police, coastguard, ambulance crews and RNLI attended the incident near Corbyn Head.
The Coastguard helicopter was also in attendance.
The nature of the incident is not currently known.
