Police have appealed for information following an incident in Torquay that left a woman with a leg injury and two men with facial injuries.
Police have launched an investigation following a number of alleged assaults that happened during an altercation on St Margaret’s Road, St Marychurch in Torquay at around 8.40pm on Wednesday 29th November.
Investigating officer DC Nikki Zulhayir, said: “We are currently making enquiries following an alleged altercation involving two men and a woman in the street.
“The woman was taken to hospital with a leg injury that required surgery, both men also suffered a facial injuries.
“All three people involved in this incident have spoken to the police and we are not looking for anyone else in connection. But we are seeking further independent witnesses to this incident so we can ascertain any further information.
“We ask that anyone who lives in St Margaret’s Road who witnessed the altercation, or anyone who still has CCTV that could help police with our investigation, to please come forward and make themselves known to us.”
