A local dad has thanked the community for coming together after his sons bicycle was stolen.
4 year old Cooper’s beloved bike was stolen from Church Street last night at around 6.30pm.
After his parents posted on Facebook page Spotted Torquay yesterday evening, offers of help rolled in…
And today, less than 24 hours later, Cooper was out on his new bike!
Coopers dad, Adam Bartram, updated people via Spotted Torquay today:
“To all the people on here and my friends list thank you for all you kindness about my sons bike been stolen last night, he now has a new bike thanks to two very nice people who saw the post last night and went out have got him a new bike my son is very happy he has a bike again. But it’s really nice to see how many of you wanted to help thanks people of Torbay,”
Adam would like to thank BMAD (Bikers make a difference) for offering to replace the bike and Natalie Coxon and John Williams who went out there way to buy him a new bike.
