Missing Devon teenager believed to have travelled to London

Police ‘increasingly concerned’ for missing Devon teenager

Update: Charlotte has been found safe and well.

Police have said today that they now believe missing teenager Charlotte Halswell has travelled to London by train and may be looking for places to stay in the area of the Strand and Trafalgar Square.

Adding: “We need the people of London to share her image among friends and family to speed up the safe return of Charlotte,”

Charlotte Halswell, 14 from Ottery St Mary was last seen at Central Train Station in Exeter Saturday on 25th August at around midday.

Charlotte is described as a white female 5’5” tall, medium build with straight long blonde hair. She was wearing a black hoodie, pale pink vest top and black trainers with pink trim

Charlotte’s mum has pleaded for information on social media, posting an appeal on Facebook, Sarah Hatswell said “We just need to know that she is safe” and asked people to share her post. The post has been shared over 160,000 times.
